Aging Solutions / Pricing & service strategy

The CARE Method PRO

A working plan for pricing, care delivery, and launch. Explore the memberships, test the numbers, and make the next decisions together.

Proposed recommendations for discussion. Service scope and pricing are subject to approval.

01The value proposition

Expertise is the service.

The proposal combines care technology with Aging Solutions’ professional oversight, interpretation, and personalized guidance. Families are paying for the expertise that makes the information useful.

The aim: recurring support that respects the existing $250/hour consulting rate. Technology is included in the membership.

01

Document care

Caregivers record daily observations in CareMethod PRO. The platform organizes care documentation and makes changes easier to see.

Every engagement starts here

One clinical onboarding.
A shared starting point.

Understand the medical history, caregivers, behaviors, medications, and care environment before ongoing support begins.

04Business model

Test the workload behind the price.

The document cites approximately $40,000 invested in CareMethod PRO. The proposed model embeds technology in the service. Validate actual clinical time and operating costs before approving the rates.

Add at least one membership and complete the relevant clinical-hour and cost inputs to calculate contribution. Unknown costs remain blank.
05Go-to-market plan

Launch with evidence from real engagements.

01

Existing clients

Start with current Aging Solutions clients who would benefit from ongoing oversight and reporting.

Gather feedback. Track actual clinical hours. Validate pricing and service allowances.
02

Referral partners

Build relationships with elder-law attorneys, financial advisors, home care agencies, senior living professionals, and healthcare providers.

Explain who each track serves and how referrals enter the consultation process.
03

Broader marketing

Introduce a dedicated service landing page supported by educational content, email, webinars, search marketing, and case studies.

Use “Schedule a Consultation” as the primary call to action once the offer is approved.

The strategy recommendation is a consultation-led sale. Confirm scope and care needs before enrollment. Additional services outside the membership should be billed separately.

07Source & open terms

The details behind the discussion.

Based on both tabs of “Aging Solutions Service Offerings & Pricing.” The November recommendations supply the starting prices. The earlier engagement draft adds service detail and contains terms that still need confirmation.

Terms to reconcile before launch
  • Onboarding: the earlier draft calls it due at engagement start and non-refundable. The November recommendation sets $2,500 and mandatory onboarding but does not finalize refund policy.
  • Track A: the earlier draft labels the charge “Security Deposit.” The November recommendation describes a monthly membership. Confirm terminology and whether any separate deposit is intended.
  • Premier cadence: the draft says both bi-weekly and monthly. This model uses the November recommendation of two 30-minute reviews per month. Two per month is 24 per year; every two weeks is approximately 26.
  • Consultation bundles: the earlier draft proposes 6-month validity for three calls and 12-month validity for five. Confirm expiry, rollover, scheduling, and cancellation rules. Proposed bundle savings at starting prices are $25 and $75.
  • Call renewals: the source specifies 3 or 6 as-needed calls per three-month engagement. The calculator models that allowance repeating each quarter for longer terms. Confirm the renewal rule.
  • Commitment fit: the draft associates three months with crisis or transition, six with ongoing active care, and twelve with long-term management. Clinical suitability and response expectations still require discussion.

The CARE Method PRO
Pricing Strategy & Recommendations

Aging Solutions | November 2026

1. Overview & Positioning

I recommend positioning The CARE Method PRO as a premium elder-care intelligence and advisory service, not a traditional SaaS product or caregiving app.

The value goes beyond technology. Families are paying for Aging Solutions' decades of expertise, professional oversight, data interpretation, and personalized guidance.

Core positioning: A More Intelligent Approach to Elder Care.

The service combines:

Technology: Care tracking, documentation, and data visualization.

Intelligence: Identifying trends, changes, and potential concerns.

Professional Oversight: Experienced professionals reviewing and interpreting care information.

Personalized Guidance: Expert consultations, recommendations, and caregiver coaching.

The goal is to establish a premium recurring-revenue service while maintaining the value of Aging Solutions' existing $250/hour consulting rate.

2. Recommended Pricing

Premier Reporting & Clinical Review

+$950/month

Additional 30-Minute Consultation

$150

Bundle of 3 Consultations

$425

Bundle of 5 Consultations

$675

These are proposed starting prices for discussion, subject to validation against actual clinical time and operating costs.

Why These Prices?

Aging Solutions charges $250/hour for professional services. The memberships need to reflect the value of that expertise while accounting for ongoing monitoring, reporting, technology, and consultation time.

The goal is to create predictable recurring revenue without undervaluing professional services.

3. One-Time Clinical Onboarding

Recommended Fee: $2,500

Every engagement begins with a comprehensive onboarding process.

Includes:

Clinical intake and medical records review.

Assessment of existing care arrangements.

CareMethod PRO setup.

Caregiver training.

Family orientation with the clinical team.

Initial care coordination assessment.

At $250/hour, this fee represents approximately 10 hours of professional services.

I recommend making onboarding mandatory and charging separately from the monthly membership.

4. Membership Tracks

Track A: Families with Professional Caregivers

$1,850/month

For families who already employ caregivers but want professional oversight and greater visibility into their loved one's care.

Includes:

CareMethod PRO access.

Ongoing care documentation and monitoring.

Weekly care data summaries.

Identification of trends and potential concerns.

Professional oversight from Aging Solutions.

Three 30-minute clinical consultations per three-month engagement.

Value: Greater confidence, visibility, and accountability in the care a loved one receives.

Track B: Family Members Who Are the Caregiver

$2,550/month

For families providing day-to-day care themselves who need additional education, coaching, and expert support.

Includes everything in Track A, plus:

Personalized caregiving guidance.

Help managing challenging behaviors and dementia-related needs.

Home safety, communication, and routine recommendations.

Caregiver wellbeing and burnout prevention.

Guidance on changing care needs and future planning.

Six 30-minute clinical consultations per three-month engagement.

Value: Ongoing expert guidance for both the person receiving care and the family member providing it.

5. Reporting Levels

Both tracks include Standard reporting, with the option to upgrade to Premier.

Premier Reporting: +$950/month

I recommend positioning Premier as an expert-guided clinical review service rather than simply an upgraded report.

It includes a monthly CARE Intelligence Report, providing key trends, observations, professional interpretation, and recommended next steps.

The two scheduled review calls are separate from the as-needed consultations included in each membership.

Standard helps families understand what's happening. Premier helps them understand what it means and what to do next.

I recommend offering discounted consultation bundles for families needing additional support.

This creates a flexible upsell opportunity while protecting the team's professional time.

I recommend a three-month minimum engagement, with incentives for longer commitments.

Longer commitments provide Aging Solutions with more predictable revenue and give the team time to establish care baselines, recognize patterns, and provide meaningful guidance.

8. Financial Considerations

Aging Solutions has invested approximately $40,000 in developing CareMethod PRO.

Rather than charging a separate software fee, I recommend incorporating the technology into the overall membership value.

The main financial consideration is ensuring that professional time spent on each engagement remains profitable.

These hours represent equivalent billing value, not actual costs or expected staff time.

I recommend tracking actual clinical hours during the first several engagements to determine whether the pricing appropriately reflects the workload.

Additional services beyond the membership scope should be billed separately.

9. Go-to-Market Recommendations

I recommend introducing the service in three phases.

Phase 1: Existing Clients

Introduce The CARE Method PRO to current Aging Solutions clients who would benefit from ongoing care oversight and reporting. Use these initial engagements to gather feedback and validate the pricing model.

Phase 2: Professional Referral Partners

Develop referral relationships with elder-law attorneys, financial advisors, home care agencies, senior living professionals, and healthcare providers.

Phase 3: Broader Marketing

Launch a dedicated service landing page supported by educational content, email marketing, webinars, search marketing, and case studies.

Because this is a premium service, I recommend using Schedule a Consultation as the primary call to action rather than offering immediate online checkout.

10. Key Decisions for Our Discussion

Before finalizing the offering, I recommend aligning on:

Pricing: Do the proposed rates reflect the level of expertise and support provided?

Clinical Oversight: How frequently will the team review data and communicate concerns?

Consultations: Are the proposed included call allowances appropriate?

Premier Reporting: How much time will it take to prepare and review each intelligence report?

Membership Terms: Are three-, six-, and twelve-month commitments the right structure?

Service Scope: What additional work should be billed separately?

Launch: Which existing clients would be ideal for an initial pilot?

Final Recommendation

I recommend launching The CARE Method PRO as a premium, recurring clinical intelligence and advisory service with the following core pricing:

$2,500 one-time onboarding

$1,850/month for Professional Caregiver engagements

$2,550/month for Family Caregiver engagements

+$950/month for Premier reporting and clinical review

This creates a straightforward membership structure with a clear path to higher-value services.

The goal is not simply to monetize the technology. It's to use CareMethod PRO to deliver Aging Solutions' expertise in a more structured, scalable, and recurring way.

AGING SOLUTIONS

Where Care Meets Intelligence

How Our Engagements Work

A plain-language breakdown of our service structure, what's included, how it's priced, and how to get started.

STEP 1

Onboarding

Every engagement begins here. Before any ongoing support can happen, the ASI clinical team needs to understand your loved one's full situation : their medical history, current caregivers, behaviors, medications, and care environment.

During onboarding, we set up CareMethod PRO, train caregivers on how to use it, and have an orientation call with the family so everyone understands how the engagement will work.

What onboarding includes:

Full clinical intake and records review

CareMethod PRO account setup for caregivers and family

Caregiver training on daily documentation

Family orientation call with the ASI clinical team

Initial assessment of existing care coordination

One-time fee: [$X] · Due at engagement start · Non-refundable

Onboarding reflects significant clinical hours. It is the foundation of everything that follows and is the same for both engagement tracks.

STEP 2

Choose Your Track

After onboarding, you choose the engagement track that fits your situation. The difference comes down to one question: who is providing the day-to-day care?

Track A : Families with Professional Caregivers

Your loved one has paid caregivers : an agency, private caregiver, or facility staff. You want Aging Solutions as your clinical eyes and ears: reviewing the data, flagging concerns, and giving you a clear picture of how care is actually going.

What this looks like:

Regular reporting on your loved one's health trends and care patterns

A clinical team you can call when something changes or concerns you

Accountability : someone who is watching, not just collecting data

Security Deposit: [$X]/mo · Included clinical calls per period:

Track B : Family Members Who Are the Caregiver

You are the one providing care : and you need everything Track A offers, plus support for yourself. Being a family caregiver is one of the most demanding things a person can do. Our clinical team provides guidance on how to handle difficult behaviors, what to expect as dementia progresses, how to set up a safe environment, and how to avoid burnout.

Everything in Track A, plus:

Coaching and guidance on how to provide care day-to-day

Help understanding and managing difficult behaviors

Practical advice on home safety, communication, and routines

Support for your own wellbeing as a caregiver

Guidance on planning ahead and knowing when needs are changing

Monthly rate: [$X]/mo · Included clinical calls per period:

STEP 3

Choose Your Reporting Level

Both tracks include the same two reporting options. The difference is how much clinical interpretation and direct contact you want on top of the raw data.

COMMITMENT OPTIONS

3, 6, or 12 Months

We ask for a minimum commitment because meaningful clinical care takes time. You can't fully assess a situation, implement changes, and see results in a few weeks. The minimum commitment gives us enough runway to do real work together.

Families who commit to a longer period pay a lower monthly rate. The discount reflects our ability to plan ahead and the stability that longer commitments provide for your loved one's care.
