Dr. Robert Neborsky is an internationally recognized psychiatrist known for his work in attachment-based therapy and intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP). With a career spanning over 40 years, Dr. Neborsky brings deep clinical insight to complex emotional and behavioral challenges, particularly in older adults dealing with dementia, mood disorders, or sudden personality changes.

In addition to his psychotherapy expertise, Dr. Neborsky offers Advanced Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy at Sollus Health in San Diego. TMS is a non-invasive, FDA approved treatment for depression and other mood disorders, especially helpful for individuals who have not responded well to medications or want to avoid their side effects. It is a powerful option for aging adults facing emotional distress, anxiety, or depressive symptoms.

Dr. Neborsky is not available for direct individual appointments. However, families working with Aging Solutions have exclusive access to consult with him as part of our coordinated care services. His insights help us navigate high complexity cases with greater empathy, precision, and emotional clarity. To request a consultation involving Dr. Neborsky, please contact our team.
